Melanie is a creative thinker, connector, and entrepreneur. With Joypreneurs she's on a mission to bring joy back to entrepreneurship, for long-term impact. As a business strategist and coach, she supports people with ideas to grow businesses, that don't kill joy. Previously, she founded Master21, the first coding bootcamp in Switzerland. During her time as managing director, they taught 1000+ people the basics of coding, so they could competently “speak tech”. Melanie was featured in several media outlets, won the Female Innovation Recognition award, became Forbes30under30 and gave a TEDxtalk.
